What's in the Kit?
The Basic Cream Making Kit includes the essential building blocks for an O/W (oil-in-water) emulsion cream. Emulsifier, carrier oil, water phase components, and a preservative system are all provided. All raw materials are naturally derived.
Step-by-Step Basic Cream Formula
The following formula yields approximately 100 grams of cream:

Production Steps
- Prepare the oil phase: Place Olivem 1000, Cetearyl Alcohol, Jojoba Oil, and CCT in a beaker. Heat to 70-75°C.
- Prepare the water phase: Heat distilled water and glycerin in a separate container to 70-75°C.
- Emulsification: Slowly add the water phase to the oil phase, stirring continuously. Homogenize with a hand blender for 1-2 minutes.
- Cooling: When the mixture cools below 40°C, add the preservative and essential oil.
- Filling: Fill into a sterile jar or tube. Label and date.
Storage & Shelf Life
When using the correct preservative system, the cream has a shelf life of 3-6 months. Store in a cool, dark place. Remember to use a spatula for open jars.
Personalization Tips
- For dry skin: Add Shea Butter or Avocado Oil instead of Jojoba.
- For oily skin: Reduce oil content to 10%, add Zinc PCA.
- For anti-aging: Use Niacinamide or Hyaluronic Acid in the cool down phase.
- For brightening effect: Add Alpha Arbutin or VC-IP.
