You can return or request an exchange for products purchased from dbpure.com if their caps/packaging have not been opened after delivery. The legal period for returning and exchanging products is 14 days.

You can return or exchange a product purchased from dbpure.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date with your invoice, provided that the product has not been used, damaged, and has not lost its resalable characteristic.

Your return and exchange transactions must comply with Article 8 "Right of Withdrawal" and Article 9 "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" in the "Distance Sales Agreement." Returns of products for personal use, hygienic and sterile products, or products that have been used by the consumer or whose packaging has been opened cannot be made, even within the Right of Withdrawal period.

For product returns, the situation must first be communicated to customer service via the email address info@dbneta.com. Information about sending the product back as a return will be provided to the customer by us. After this communication, the product, along with the invoice containing return information, must be sent to the seller via the cargo company that delivered it to the recipient's address. If the returned product reaches the seller and meets the conditions specified in this agreement, it will be accepted as a return, and a refund will be made to the buyer's credit card/account. No refund will be made until the product is returned. The time it takes for refunds to be reflected on credit card accounts is at the discretion of the respective bank.
