The Strongest of AHAs: Glycolic Acid
Glycolic Acid is the member of the AHA family with the smallest molecule. This characteristic gives it the deepest penetration capacity and the strongest exfoliation effect. This natural acid, derived from sugarcane, is the most extensively researched AHA for skin renewal, reducing blemishes, and supporting collagen synthesis.
Benefits of Glycolic Acid
- Strongest chemical exfoliation — skin renewal
- Stimulates collagen synthesis — anti-aging effect
- Reduces blemishes and hyperpigmentation
- Refines skin texture, tightens pores
- Increases skin permeability for other active ingredients
