Its rich content of Vitamins A and C helps to firm your skin while also reducing fine lines and signs of aging.

Properties and Areas of Use: Rich in Vitamins A, C, and E. These vitamins support skin health and fight free radicals. Helps to deeply moisturize and soften the skin. Protects skin cells and can reduce signs of aging. Reduces skin inflammation and has a soothing effect. Prevents skin water loss and supports barrier function.

Physical Structure: Its smell and color are characteristic. It has a solid structure at room temperature. Mango butter melts with body temperature, becoming softer and more applicable. Its surface is smooth and may sometimes show some crystallization. This crystallization is part of mango butter's natural structure and usually dissolves when heated. Thanks to these properties, mango butter is considered an ideal ingredient in skin and hair care products, as it offers both nourishing and easily applicable properties.

Recommended pH range: For face creams and lotions, it should be in the pH range of 4.5-5.5. This supports the health of the skin barrier by protecting the skin's natural acidic layer. In body creams and lotions, it can be in the pH range of 5.5-6.5, as the pH of body skin is slightly more neutral than face skin. In hair care products, shampoo and conditioner pH should generally be in the range of 4.5-5.5. This helps maintain the health of hair and scalp.

Solubility: Insoluble in water. Since it does not show solubility with water, it does not dissolve directly in water-based formulations, but it can be used by forming an emulsion in water-based products. It dissolves well in oils and oil-based solvents.

Function: Mango butter deeply moisturizes the skin. It is an ideal moisturizer especially for dry and sensitive skin. It softens and smooths the skin. It increases skin elasticity and soothes dry, flaky areas. Thanks to its Vitamin A and E content, it fights free radicals, can reduce signs of skin aging, and supports skin health. It strengthens the skin barrier and protects against external factors, preventing water loss.

Recommended usage rate: Can be used at 5% to 20% in skin creams and lotions. For hair care products, it can be used at 5% to 15%. This provides an ideal rate to ensure hair hydration and nourishment. In body scrubs, it can be used at 10% to 20%.
