Add to the water phase. You can incorporate active ingredients (niacinamide, peptides, extracts) into the water phase by first dissolving them with propanediol. |

It pairs perfectly with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. It can be used as a direct substitute for propylene glycol; its skin tolerance is much higher. |
