A plant is added to a fixed oil obtained from the fruit, seed or kernel of the plant by cold pressing, and kept at an appropriate temperature and for an appropriate period according to the plant's characteristics. In this way, the active ingredients in the plant are transferred to the fixed oil in which it is macerated. It is filtered and used.
