Its essential oil is obtained from its peels by cold pressing method. In aromatherapy, its revitalizing, energizing, and confidence-boosting effects are utilized. It is used in cases of fatigue, loss of appetite, and low energy. Its benefits for muscle tension are known. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is used to help the flow of vital energy due to its positive effects on the digestive system. It is beneficial in skin care for blemishes and scar problems. How to Use on Skin: In routine skin care, it can be used by mixing it in a suitable carrier oil for your skin at a maximum rate of 0.4%. It is recommended not to use citrus oils around the eyes due to the possibility of irritation. Do not apply citrus oils when you are going out in the sun as they may have phototoxic effects.

How to Use on Hair: Add it to a suitable carrier oil for your hair type at a maximum rate of 0.4% and massage into the hair roots and ends. Leave it on for at least 1 hour, then wash it off.

How to Use in a Diffuser or Oil Burner: 2-3 drops can be added to the water in the reservoir. It can be used with other essential oils.

How to Use in Foods: You can add 1 drop to dry tea or to flavor your cooked desserts and salads. When using in foods, mix thoroughly. Do not mix with water and drink.
