MicNo® DCC-N consists of a pre-dispersed MicNo® ZnO product in the presence of Caprylic Capric Triglyceride and Polyhydroxystearic acid. MicNo® DCC-N stands out as a highly advantageous choice for cosmetic manufacturers due to its high dispersion performance. MicNo® DCC-N is a highly effective active ingredient as it effectively eliminates problems such as the difficult dispersion of mineral-based filters within formulations, provides high stability in the formulations it is used in, and offers the advantage of achieving higher SPF with lower ZnO usage. MicNo® DCC-N, which also has Cosmos & Ecocert approval, is a highly effective active ingredient for formulators who want to develop natural formulations.
The product contains an average of 65% zinc oxide.

Recommended Usage Rate: A ratio of 5-25% is generally preferred for zinc oxide to be used as an effective UV filter. In skin care products for acne, eczema, or other skin problems, zinc oxide is commonly used at a ratio of 1-10%. These ratios provide soothing and healing effects on the skin. When zinc oxide is used as a pigment in cosmetic products, a ratio of 1-5% is generally preferred. These ratios can increase the color and coverage properties of products. In products used for skin protection and soothing, the ratio of zinc oxide can generally be between 1-5%.
