It is easily absorbed and allows other active ingredients to be better absorbed by the skin. It is used to make makeup smoother and last longer. As a light and effective cleanser, it gently removes makeup and dirt. It makes hair softer and smoother. It helps moisturize hair and prevents dry ends. It moisturizes and softens the sensitive skin around the eyes, reducing the appearance of fine lines. It is used in wound healing and skin repair products. It supports and soothes the skin's healing process.

Physical Form: It is generally a light-colored, slightly odorless liquid. It has a lighter and less greasy texture than other oils. It has a low melting point and is in liquid form. It starts to melt at approximately 7-10°C. It is not hygroscopic. It is quite stable against light and oxidation and can be stored for a long time.

Recommended pH range: In skincare products, the pH range should be 4.5-6.0. In shampoos and conditioners, a pH range of 4.5-5.5 is compatible with the natural pH balance of hair and scalp. For sensitive skin around the eyes, a pH of 4.5-6 is a suitable range. 

Solubility: It is insoluble in water. However, it is a component that is soluble in many other organic solvents.
