Properties and uses: Poly Suga®Mulse D9 is used for the emulsification, dispersion or solubilization of essential oils, fragrances and all kinds of oil-in-water (O/W) systems. It is compatible with non-ionic, cationic and anionic surfactants. It is effective in systems with relatively high electrolyte, acid or base levels. Poly Suga®Mulse D9 is an excellent solubilizer for fragrances in water and water-surfactant systems. Poly Suga®Mulse D9 can also be used as a co-emulsifier in the formulation of creams and lotions.

Physical Structure: Poly Suga®Mulse D9 is a PEG-free, non-ionic solubilizer made from 100% bio-based raw materials. It has high viscosity in liquid form. It is light yellow in color.

Recommended pH range: It is stable in the pH range of 5.0 - 7.0 and has a skin-compatible pH value.

Solubility: It is soluble in oils and compatible with oil-based ingredients. Partially soluble in water. It is generally used in the stabilization of oil-water emulsions.

Function: Sorbitan Oleate Decylglucoside Crosspolymer is a skin-compatible emulsifier and stabilizer, especially preferred in natural and environmentally friendly cosmetic products.

Recommended usage rate: It is recommended to use at 2-5% for moisturizers and creams. In lighter formulations, 1-4% usage increases stability and provides texture on the skin surface. It is recommended to use 0.5-3% in serums. In hair care products, it should be formulated at 1-3% to maintain hair moisture and formula stability. In make-up products such as foundation and BB cream, it should be used at 1-5%, and in facial cleansers and make-up removers at 1-4%.
