Castor Oil - Raw Material
Product Name: Castor Oil
Inci Name: Ricinus Communis Seed Oil
Origin: India
CAS No.: 8001-79-4
Obtained from the seeds of the castor plant using the cold-press method. It is a carrier oil. Contains only pure castor oil.
It stands out for its high moisturizing, strengthening, and protective properties. It is especially preferred for nail, hair, and body care. It helps the skin look vibrant and stay moisturized. Since its comedogenic score is low, it does not clog pores.
Skin Type: Can be used especially on dry and sensitive skin.
Comedogenic Score: 1
How to Use on Skin: It is suitable for direct application to clean skin, including the eye area and décolletage, day or night. When using carrier oils in your facial care routine, if you are not using a water-based cream, apply it to damp skin after toning or washing. Suitable for use on the body.
How to Use on Hair: Apply with massage to the scalp and ends of the hair. Leave on for at least 1 hour and then wash (if oiliness does not bother you, it may not be washed off).
CARRIER OILS;
Obtained from the fruit, seeds, and kernels of the plant by hot or cold pressing. Cold pressing is preferred because hot pressing destroys vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial substances in the oil. Cold-pressed oils are of higher quality and contain a higher percentage of active ingredients.
