What is Bioskinup Contour 3R?

Bioskinup Contour 3R is a premium complex specially developed for eye contour care, containing multiple peptides and active ingredients. The name "3R" refers to its functions: Relax, Repair, and Rehydrate.

This active ingredient combines botox-like peptides, firming compounds, and moisturizing agents. It is frequently used in dermocosmetic brands but is rarely found as a raw material in Turkey.

Mechanism of Action

• Relax: Relaxes mimic muscles, reduces fine lines and wrinkles
• Repair: Supports collagen synthesis, increases skin elasticity
• Rehydrate: Deeply moisturizes the under-eye area, reduces puffiness
• Reduces dark circles (supports microcirculation)
• Tightens under-eye bags

Usage Rate

It is used at a concentration of 3–5% in formulations. It is recommended to add it in the cold phase (below 40°C). Stable between pH 5–7.

Anti-Aging Under-Eye Cream Recipe (30 ml)

Phase A – Oil Phase

• Olivem 1000 — 5% (1.5 g)
• Shea Butter — 5% (1.5 g)
• Jojoba Oil — 5% (1.5 g)
• Pure Vitamin E — 0.5% (0.15 g)

Phase B – Water Phase

• Distilled Water — 72% (21.6 g)
• Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid — 1% (0.3 g)
• Pentylene Glycol — 3% (0.9 g)

Phase C – Cold Phase (to be added below 40°C)

• Bioskinup Contour 3R — 5% (1.5 g)
• Caffeine — 2% (0.6 g) — reduces puffiness and dark circles
• Provitamin B5 — 1% (0.3 g)
• Microcare DB — 1% (0.3 g)

Preparation

1. Melt Phase A ingredients in a bain-marie at 75°C.
2. Heat Phase B ingredients in a separate container to 75°C (swell Hyaluronic Acid in cold water beforehand).
3. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A, mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Once cooled to 40°C, add Phase C ingredients one by one.
5. Check pH: It should be between 5.5–6.5.
6. Fill an airless pump or narrow-mouthed tube.

Formulation Tips

• Combination with caffeine creates a synergistic effect in reducing puffiness and dark circles.
• You can enhance the anti-aging effect by adding Retinoid Hydroxypinacolone (HPR) (0.1–0.5%).
• Avoid using fragrance in under-eye creams — the eye area is sensitive.
• Prefer airless packaging — peptides are sensitive to oxidation.
