Preparation Steps
- Oil phase: Heat Olivem 1000, Cetearyl Alcohol, Tamanu, Pomegranate Seed Oil, Shea Butter and Hydrolyzed Collagen to 70-75°C.
- Water phase: Bring distilled water and glycerin to the same temperature.
- Emulsification: Add the water phase to the oil phase and homogenize with a blender.
- Cooling: Below 40°C, add Bakuchiol, Retinyl Palmitate, Microcare DB and Lavender oil.
- Filling: Fill into a dark glass jar (Vitamin A is light sensitive).
Important Notes
- Creams containing Retinyl Palmitate should only be used at night.
- Always apply SPF during the day.
- For sensitive skin, you can reduce the Retinyl Palmitate ratio to 0.2%.
