  • Cocoa Butter — 20% (alternatives: Shea Butter, Mango Butter)
  • Castor Oil — 30% (alternatives: Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil)

  • Vanilla Essential Oil — 1% (alternatives: Peppermint, Orange Peel)

Production Process

  1. Melt the beeswax and butters: Melt beeswax, cocoa butter, and shea butter at 70–75°C.
  2. Add oils: Add castor oil and CCT, mix.
  3. Pigment dispersion: Premix the pigment with CCT, grind well to avoid lumps. Add to the mixture.
  4. Cool: Stir until it cools down to 45°C.
  5. Add essential oil and vitamin E.
  6. Fill quickly: Pour into lip balm tubes or small jars — it solidifies quickly!
